Do new roofs have warranties?
Most companies will include a warranty for a roof, the question should be how long. Typically, companies will have a separate warranty for the craftsmanship and the materials. For us, the craftsmanship warranty is 5 years.
For the materials, you would get that info depending on how many and what materials you choose. Usually it is a limited lifetime warranty for the materials.
